The team is the most fundamental level of management organization in enterprise management, the basic unit for organizing production and business activities, and the foothold for all work of the enterprise; Strengthening team building comprehensively and achieving scientific, institutionalized, and standardized team management is an important task in achieving modernization of enterprise management.

A total of 65 people participated in the training, including factory (workshop) team leaders, factory directors, quality, technology, research and development, and general assistants. During the training, the participants were divided into different groups, and the group names, leaders, and slogans of each group were clearly defined.

The training was conducted in the way of case+practice+practice, covering professional contents such as role cognition and self-development, TWI-JI work teaching, TWI-JI work relations, TWI-JI job security, efficient and high-quality morning meetings of gold medal teams. Through the introduction of methods, models and tools, it is highly targeted and operable for production line management. During the training, the participating members spoke enthusiastically, and the group members were united and helped each other, actively discussed, and cooperated well. The on-site learning atmosphere was warm. In the end, the first group Miracle Team achieved a good result of being the first in the group with excellent results.

After the training is completed, each team will complete the practical transformation of post class landing under the guidance of the training teacher, position the team construction and management correctly, enhance the practical ability of team construction and team management, and achieve strong teams and strong enterprises!
